Do you see walk-ins?
Yes, during opening hours — but booking online guarantees your slot and the right vet. Emergencies are always seen first.
What counts as an emergency?
Difficulty breathing, collapse, seizures, suspected poisoning, bloated belly, heavy bleeding or a pet that can't urinate. If in doubt, call the 24/7 line.
Do you accept pet insurance?
We work with the main pet insurers and issue itemised receipts for reimbursement. Our own wellness plans cover routine care monthly.
Can I stay with my pet during exams?
Almost always. For surgery and some imaging we'll take it from there, with photo updates on WhatsApp.
How should I prepare for a first visit?
Bring any previous records, a list of food and medication, and a favourite treat. Cats and rabbits travel best in a covered carrier.
